John Lee Carrico has been practicing law in the State of Nevada for 40 years. He has practiced in the areas of Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Family Law and U.S Immigration Law. Mr. Carrico graduated from the University of Nevada-Reno with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations and then moved on to graduate with a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of California-Hastings Law School.

Rita is an immigration law paralegal and serves as office manager of the firm's Las Vegas office where she aids the attorney in initial client interviews, preparing immigration petitions. In addition she manages client accounts.

Graciela:

Graciela was originally hired as the firm's Summer Intern and is currently enrolled in the Criminal Justice program at the University of Nevada, Reno. Graciela She currently serves as file clerk and assists the attorneys in preparation for immigration court room proceedings and document gathering and processing is support of I 601A Waivers of Inadmissibility. She also assists with record sealing.
